The Process

Success takes time and dedication—we will be there from step one.

“We are not your typical project or assignment based business consultants. We do not charge by the hour—instead, our success is tied directly to your success by the value we create together.

Before you become an official client, we will conduct a series of meetings to understand the unique complexities of your business. We typically seek to work with clients long-term (3-5+ year engagements).

Discovery Meeting

The Discovery Meeting is designed to uncover both internal and external challenges facing your business. During this process, we will go through a series of specially designed questions to aid in the discovery of underlying issues and to gain a better understanding of your business.

Diagnostic Meeting

The Diagnostic Meeting is an in-depth analysis of the identified challenges outlined in the Discovery Meeting to determine which of the strategic and operational areas of your business are directly related to annual profit leakage. During this meeting, we will also perform a solvency analysis to assess the liquidity of the business.

This meeting will require basic financial information.

Strategic Business Plan

Once you’ve become an official client, we will begin the Strategic Business Planning process. This process will take place upon completion of the initial Discovery Meeting, Diagnostic Meeting, and acceptance of the Consulting Engagement Proposal. The Strategic Business Planning process is comprised of three phases: Strategic Business Planning, Operational Business Planning, and Ongoing Performance Management for the duration of the engagement.

Phase 1: Strategic
Business Planning

Detailed review and planning for each of the key strategic elements including vision, objectives, critical success factors, and strategic direction.

Phase 3: Ongoing Performance Management

Implementation of the strategic business plan derived from phases 1 & 2 with ongoing support to ensure strategies, systems, procedures, and tasks are being implemented effectively. This will include bi-weekly meetings to ensure we meet your business goals and objectives.
